What we collect

When you use the contact form or the chat assistant and choose to share details, we collect what you give us: typically your name, email address, company, and what you tell us about your project. We use privacy-respecting analytics (Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights) that do not use cookies and do not track you across sites.

How we use it

Only to reply to you and, if we work together, to do the work. We don't sell your data, we don't add you to marketing lists, and we don't share it with anyone except the service providers below.

Who processes it

• Vercel — hosting and analytics.
• Notion — where we store enquiries so we can follow up.
• OpenAI — powers the chat assistant. Messages you send to the assistant are processed by OpenAI's API.

Chat assistant

The “Ask AsyncX” assistant is an AI. It's helpful for general questions but may be wrong, and nothing it says is a quote or a commitment. Your conversation is stored in your own browser so you can pick it up later; if you share an email address in the chat, we save it along with the conversation so we can follow up. Don't share confidential information in the chat — email us instead.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as they're relevant to a conversation or engagement, and deleted on request.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email await@asyncx.io.
